USES:   Zirconium hydride is a powerful reducing agent. It can also be used as manufacturing pyrotechnic
fuse compositions and as a hydrogenation catalyst. It can also be used in vacuum tube industry as a getter
and powder metallurgy. |

HANDLING:   Mechanical exhaust required. Keep containers sealed.
Store at ambient temperature. Fire hazard. May decompose on exposure to moist air or
water. OSHA PEL and ACGIH TLV-TWA have been established at 5mg/m3 as Zr. See the MSDS for more information. |
