USES: Cuprous Oxide is used as a fungicide & an antiseptic for fishnets. It is used as an antifouling agent in marine paints. Cuprous Oxide is used as a red pigment for glass, ceramic glazes, in brazing pastes, and in rectifiers. It can be used as a catalyst and in photoelectric cells.


HANDLING: Avoid breathing dust. Avoid getting in eyes or on skin. Wash thoroughly after handling. Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight, heat and incompatible materials. Reseal containers immediately after use. Store away from food and beverages. Since no exposure limit has been established by OSHA and ACGIH, we recommend that our product be treated as a nuisance dust 15mg3. See SDS for more information.
