USES: Lead Chromate is used as a pigment in oil and water colors and is used in printing fabric. It is also used in the chemical analysis of organic materials and as a constituent in pyrotechnic compositions.
HANDLING: Avoid breathing dust. Avoid getting in eyes or on skin. Wash thoroughly after handling. Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight, heat and incompatible materials. Reseal containers immediately after use. Store away from food and beverages. OSHA PEL and ACGIH TLV-TWA have been established at .05mg/ m3 as Pb and at 0.5mg/m3 as Cr. This product may be subject to SARA section 313 required reporting (Pb 64.11% and Cr 16.09%). See SDS for more information.
